When sending in a firearm:

• UNLOAD THE FIREARM

• Remove accessories (optics/slings/etc.) as Savage is not responsible for any accessories sent with the firearm.

• Please include a note with the following information:

  • NAME:

  • PHONE NUMBER:

  • COPY OF VALID PAL OR BFL:

  • COMPLETE RETURN ADDRESS:

  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM:

  • ACOPY OF BILL OF SALE (IF AVAILBLE)

Retain a copy of the serial number of the firearm for your records.

Previous warranty stations are no longer validated by Savage Arms. Savage Arms Canada is the only authorized location for Savage Warranty.
